I have eaten here several times now, each time the service has been exceptional. Truly hope for the sake of the attentive bartenders the quality of the food and ability to cook improves. 

Challenging for anyone to cook low quality steak. At the very least know the how to cook to the requested temp. If you’re going to serve $5 meat and charge $5 you will more than likely receive 5 Star reviews. However, $5 dollar meat at $40 gets you nothing.....The 2 is generous for the service.

I came here and ordered the "EVB" I have been here over an hour and my food has yet to come out.

Okay so now the food has come out and it is missing items that I asked for like BBQ sauce and even items that the menu says it comes with like pickles. 

After waiting an hour and 15 minutes for the food, I'm finally tasting it and it's actually good. (But then again I am incredibly hungry so....) I guess I'll give them 3 stars instead of the 1 star I originally gave. But ummm...where's the rest of these fries???

OMG I had to have a moment of silence after tasting my New York strip ... I ordered it medium with the sauce on the side and from the first bite to the Last I was in heaven

Great option for a bite to eat compared to nearby places. The menu has quite a few good choices.

This place was such a disappointment.  We wanted a nice place near our hotel.  Burger King would have been a better choice.  I ordered a hummus plate with olives and goat cheese and pita chips for the appetizer.  After an extensive wait, the staff came out to say they were out of hummus.  They offered spinach dip instead.  Another long wait and they brought out a large bowl of spinach dip, a small dish of pita chips and a few olives.  No cheese, but 2 slices of tomato and a handful of lettuce, hardly a $9 plate.  At this point I didnt question it, as we were hungry.  My order of a Burnt Onion Burger, was just that. A hamburger, slightly overcooked, and dry, opposed to my request for medium.  The onions were definetly burned, blackened shards of onion.  I've never ordered a burned onion burger, but Im pretty sure this isn't how it's suppose to be prepared. Again, we were in a hurry so I didn't complain.  The resulting heartburn is a testament to my poor decision.  The wait staff was suitable, and we enjoyed the wall fountain.  Would not eat here again.
