Story

An urban/industrial themed espresso cafe & cocktail lounge located near downtown Colorado Springs serving incredible espressos, classic European style coffee drinks and unique and exotic coffees from around the world in our pour over bar. We serve hot Belgian and savory waffles until 2pm and Italian Panini and Salads for lunch and dinner. Located in a converted warehouse in the Mill Street neighborhood just southwest of Downtown Colorado Springs.

Recommended to me by a friend, and I am so glad she did. This place is excellent, down to the various food offerings and their delicious coffee. I wish I could give them more stars. The staff was helpful and gave thoughtful menu suggestions, the food without much wait and was so yummy. I can't wait to go back next time I'm down in the Springs. It's a staple place for sure.

Coffee is good, waffles are better!  The beautiful lady with the colorful hair was a delight - very friendly.  The young man working with her was an ass - women he misheard my friend asking for butter (he thought she said "water"), he pointed behind her and said, "it's right there," in this "are-you-blind?" tone of voice.  When she reiterated that she wanted butter, not water, he said, "Oh.  You should speak more clearly."  We were NOT impressed.

Love the variety of coffee. From your plain black to spiked with whiskey, they have you covered. Food is always fresh and I haven't tried anything I haven't loved. Tables for groups or table for one. Up beat, hand very friendly staff

Loved this place for breakdast! Unique and delicious food offerings.  Coffee was out of this world amazing. Staff had a remarkable way of making us feel really special and appreciated!

A very nice, and tasty place to have some brunch. Fantastic food, my wife had the Sierra Madre azul and I had the fellini, they did not disappoint at all. If you like special coffees they have a selection that all have different flavor bodies, and for the normal coffee drinkers they have that as well. Only reason I give them 4 stars is due to the space. It can get cramped in there but that means they're doing it right.
