Came here during office hours for a friend who got in an accident at the gym. No one is here, doors are locked, so I called the office, and the answering machine said the office is currently closed, stating the office hours which were not true, clearly. Please try to be more professional. Thanks.

I have visited this office multiple times as urgent care, and changed them to my PCP. Every visit I have had has been prompt and polite. I am not sure what these other reviewers experienced, but maybe those people have been let go? The one thing is, the urgent care sign isn't in the same place as the actual clinic. I think there might be a renovation happening? Anyway, not a big deal considering the quality of care and friendly service.
Dr. Attalah noticed a murmur in my heart that I have felt for years, but nobody detected before during a flu visit. I am happy to be under the care of a doctor who pays attention to EVERYTHING, not just the reason for my visit.

This is not the real Rochester Urgent Care, they are using the name of an established Urgent care at 215 E. Auburn Rd to allure patients. 
their actual name is Urgent care at Rochester medical center.

I am visiting from out of town and found this urgent care located near my parents home.  I would love to write a glowing report however I truly advise you all to find another option if seeking care.  I should have known that there might be an issue due to the fact the first urgent care I went to had an hour and a half wait yet RUC had no one there.  I enjoyed not having a wait but would have had no issue with the delay to receive better care.  It seemed as if no one nurse/admin really wanted to be there.  I felt like a burden who was being spoken down to. Little to their knowledge I am in the medical field and being talked to like a child isn't exactly what I view as care.  I was quickly pushed though the appointment and left with an antibiotic for a "possible" infection bacterial/viral.  When I went to fill said script it was such a "NEW" drug that there was not a generic.   Do you kid me..??? A possible ear infection and you give me an ear drop that normally goes for over 200$$$??  That makes no sense, normally that means a wonderful visit from a glorified drug company visited and you benefit (i.e. get paid) to prescribe.  So, regardless of how I felt filling the med was not happening out of pure principal.  I call the office and they decided to close... early 4 hours earlier than their website says.  Yup, not even a website with correct info.  I called back today to try to get a PROPER drug prescribed but go figure... no one answered, no recording saying if they were closed or out to lunch.  Unreal, a complete joke of a company that deals with helping people.  What a waste of time, money and well insurance money.  Oh, and since I am visiting my family I have filled out this under my fathers account.  My name is Diana and I am embarrassed that this place is associated with the field I so love.     Please visit the clinic in Rochester on Auburn Rd.  They had a long wait as indicated above but obviously for a reason.
