Visited 4 times in the last 6 months.Dr. Rougeou was very patient with my grandson last month when he got something in his eye and was terrified of seeing the doctor. This place has made life so much easier on us! So glad it is here.

Got there a little after 8:00 AM-Receptionist would not "run" my insurance until I confirmed that my insurance would cover, my insurance provider does not open til 9:00 AM Georgia time and I needed to be at work by 10:00 AM-I was able to look in that information via my smartphone and finally got back to see a doc-I SAT FOR A HOUR AND A HALF BEFORE I EVEN SEEN THE DOC AND THERE WERE NO OTHER PEOPLE IN THE BUILDING DEMANDING THE ATTENTION OF THE NURSES OR DOCTOR-I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Go down the road to the Urgent Care in Dawsonville. It may be a little busier, but at least you know there is a reason to be "waiting" to see someone...

Worse place ever !!!!!!! Left my ADHD child in a room for over an hour and expected him to be chilled ! Do not go here. Dr was super rude

Nothing Wrong with the Care or staff but be aware of Billing Practices. My family had a bout of flu like colds this spring. My 8 year old sons 1st office visit was billed at $217 just for the Office Visit, Had to go back a few weeks later for subsequent ear infection, that visit was $128. 11 Year old daughter caught the same cold/flu her visit was $306, mine was $147??? Tests were additional which i can understand, this was just for being seen by the Dr. Only explanation I received was It cost more depending on what you tell them may be wrong with you..Oh and a New Patient visit is an additional $160 for the 5 minutes of extra paper work they must process. Not a good long term business plan

No waiting, had all my medical information so no need to fill out forms and pass insurance cards. Saw doctor immediately. He was informative about antibiotics and treatment prescribed. Nurse followed up going over prescriptions. She even suggested a probiotic which I've never seen or heard in regular doctors office I was. very impressed!
