My elderly father has a wonderful care team at this clinic. They really look out for him and go out of their way to help me mange his care from abroad and when I visit. Dr. Holland, his doctor, is outstanding. She's knowledgable and thorough, a warm and lovely person with a wonderful bedside manner. My sweet dad has been going here for years and just adores her.

For years I had been a patient here and then taken my daughter there to visit. Recently the level of professionalism has declined tremendously. What I professional about calling on a Saturday for a newborn appointment, being told there are no appointments until 3 weeks later, then being told you would be called on Monday to be called actually on a Tuesday and offered an appointment. What a circus! I decided to go elsewhere.

Prescribed me a topical NSAID for my elbow injury, even though I told them that I am allergic to NSAIDs of all kinds. Apparently, they either don't believe me, or they don't care. 

The doctor that saw me told me that since it was a topical NSAID, that I wouldn't get side effects that someone allergic to/gets a bad reaction from NSAIDs would get if they took ibuprofen, advil, etc. 

Well, the doctor was wrong. 

I've seen two doctors and they have been of no use to me. They don't listen to me, and they don't care. They just want $$$$$$

and if they do prescribe a painkiller, it will be loaded with so much tylenol (acetimenophen), that your liver will keel over if you take them.

I went here because I’ve had a cough for 3 months and I started having trouble breathing and couldn’t catch my breath. I would cough so much that I would start puking. I’ve been sitting in the waiting room for over an hour.

The medical staff and providers at the clinic are professional and friendly. My biggest concerns were: the fact that UW Medical Center double bills you (seperate charges for the facility and for your provider). This would cause me to accidentally fall behind in my bills due to thinking I had just paid my co-pay but then I would receive a second bill for the facility. Also, I was disappointed with the lack of same day appointments they could offer me for what I felt might be an urgent need vs a scheduled appointment.
