The front desk has a bunch of young kids socializing instead of doing there job they are unprofessional they. See a patient waiting by the desk for help they are to busy talking about there personal life i will never go back or refer this place too family .

We had to go to the urgent care last night (8/31/17) because my wife had a car accident and had some pain on her right hand. We got there 15 minutes before they close, we all know how annoying that could be. Instead, there were all very nice and prompted to help us. I got to give special thanks to Iris, the RN who helped us, she was great.

So incredibly disappointed with my visit, not only did I have to wait an hour to see a doctor but when I finally got a room the bed had no paper and was filthy! I wish I could post photos with my review! When the doctor finally came in he was rude and rushed, he didn't listen to my symptoms just roughly prodded me a few times and left making the nurse give me the prescription. I could not believe the way he treats his clients. The only good thing about this whole place is the one nurse I delt with was incredibly kind.

The staff and nurses are great, but the Drs not so much. I went for a bad stomach virus, and the Dr prescribed something that he sgould nit have. I ended up almost dying and hospitalized the next day with severe dehydration. Now I have damage to my kidneys. Be very careful when choosing this urgent care. For basic colds or stitches it would be good. But the Dr spent 2 minutes tops with me and didn't listen, and I ended up in bad shape because of it.

Went here last Sunday for what I thought was bronchitis and Barbara Diaz the physicians assistant diagnosed me with Pneumonia. Scared the heck out of me but she gave me the proper meds and expressed her sincere concerns about me taking the meds diligently. Not only was my experience with her excellent I am so happy that I was just able to park right in front of the building and walk directly in. No parking issues at all and no one in the waiting room so I was in the doctors office faster than I have ever been seen at any Dr. From the doctor, nurse, and front desk all the way to the security guard I can honestly say that you are missing out if you don't give them a shot. I went on a Sunday at 8PM and they are open until 11PM. THANK GOD for this place.
