I am currently in the process of buying my 3rd vehicle from Urse in Morgantown. I am working with Jamie and Ralph and they are both wonderful. They have been very helpful through all 3 sales. The employees here are all very friendly and helpful. I love the service department as well. I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a new or used car

Had a great experience! Deon made me feel super welcomed and only after a few minutes of conversation put me on the exact vehicle I wanted and needed. Getting the price where I needed was painless and signing the paperwork only took minutes. I was impressed!

I purchased my vehicle back in Dec and it was the smoothest purchase ever! Deon was my salesman, he handled every detail for me so when I arrived all I had to do was sign. He was amazing, giving me a great deal on my trade in. I purchased at 2016 Chrysler 200 and I absolutely love it! The customer service was excellent and even after my purchase Deon was there to answer any questions about my vehicle I had. Anyone looking to purchase or trade I highly recommend Urse of Morgantown and Deon Waites!!!

What a great experience. I walked in to the Urse Dodge Chrysler Ram of Morgantown and was greeted by Deon Wiates. I was in the market for a new or maybe a low mileage Dodge Ram. He went over all the features and answered all of my questions to make sure if this would be the right vehicle for me and my family. There was no heavy pressure to purchase but to educate me on my options. Thanks so much for your help and I will definitely be in soon!

Been dealing with these guys for years now. Great service and much respect when discussing things. Great pricing and willing to work things out. Would for sure send anyone to these guys! I have always worked with Jamie and he's a great guy!
