Disorganized & will lie to you. There is so much I could say about this company & none of it is goood. Home warranty company sent them. They finally did make the part of the repair, but they are disorganized & the schedulers will lie to you. The technician they sent was rude, tardy and generally an unpleasant person. Being strung along & lied to repeatedly by the ladies who answer the phone is what pisses me off the most. All the disorganization, dishonesty and general poor attitude of the people in & out of the company pretty much sums it up. Go elsewhere. Just read the reviews, if they could correct their problems then they would have by now. So expect to get exactly what these bad reviews say. After dealing with them, I can believe every bad review is true.

U.S.H.A.C Came into my house to fix my ac in the beginning of MAY 2017. Hire from my home warranty company. U.S.H.A.C came and told me that it was a part for coil. It took about 2/3 weeks to get back to me on whats going on and that was me calling them. Only to find out they had the wrong part. Then they had to come back out to get serial number to double check. Took about another week, part came in. They went to work, as they pull the coil out. They realize they have the wrong apart again. To tell me they have the wrong part and that I may be better with buying a new system. Also if I want my A.C. back to what it was it was going to be $450 for the refill of the coolant because he already empty it. I was fed up and frustrated, management Justin or Lisa didn't want to help only blaming my home warranty company for ordering the wrong part. I told them to put everything back and leave. I hire another company came out the next day to refill my coolant. The tech came and was surprise to see what he found. Not only did the tech not put my ac back together, leaving my outside unit panel open nothing put back together. It was storming wetting all the wiring damaging the outside unit. Then the tech from the new company went to the air handler and when the tech took the panel from the air handler off the coil was missing. I called U.S.H.A.C bring it back spoke with Lisa not only did she say they have it but they won't bring it back the next day. I reply like anyone would and said if I don't have my ac back the same day I will call the cops. She reply with go ahead, so call them. Cops came and took picture filed a police report and Lisa called back to schedule when to bring back. I told Lisa the police are asking me if I want to press charges. I told her I don't want to deal with them no more. That I am stuck paying for a new unit U.S.H.A.C destroy, all I ask that you put portable ac or put My wife, my one year old son and me in a hotel for the night. The new company installing a new ac unit the next day. That would be the end of all this. Her reply was go ahead and press charges. So she left me with my hand tied to do nothing else but press charges.

This company used to be good, but they were recently "acquired" by another company and since then their service sucks. Their technicians now misdiagnose problems and overcharge for repairs that aren't needed.

To: Whom it may concern I am writing this e-mail to you today in regards to the fantastic team you have here in your Orlando office. Steve in your support office is amazing always so willing to help me no matter what the situation is and he has the best attitude. He makes me want to due business with your company. In regards to Torres and Carlos I can not say enough, again you have this employees who always go the extra mile and are happy to do it. I love working with USHAC!!! Have come to my house twice now and nothing is different. Literally did not fix anything but sent 2 bills. Go with another company unless you want to waste time and money. Would give zero stars but isn't an option.
