this woman should not work with the pubic at all. i called friday april 13th at 1:15pm and she told me i could not make an appointment to call back between normal business hours; which she then stated as monday through friday between 7am and 7pm. um..... it's a friday, and it's between 7 and 7, why cant i make an appointment??? her reply, "because i cant hear you"....click. what the.....?

I was expecting to walk into an unorganized, tension filled space, with tax reps with personalities like stop signs. I chose my number and quickly seated myself. Within just a few mins I was politely called over to meet with my IRS rep. He was straight to the point and most everything that was holding up my taxes was due to my lack of understanding of tax rules. He fixed seven years of issues and got my taxes processed. That was last year. This year I am experiencing PIN issues and I know for a fact the home IRS office made a mistake. I hope that I have a repeat of last years pleasant experience, this year.

I went there to find out if i was able to receive a copy of my w2 sense i had moved out of state ,, well the woman was very rude she acted like i was a bothersome pest and when i tried to explain my situation she said i herd your story now what do you want me to do about it thrn proceded to tell me i would have to file a extension because she wouldnt have copys until may .. She was very unprofessional and i think she shouldnt be working with the public
