The phone number listed does not work in the web site. I got a recorded phone call I was being sued, first time such a notice, and I am a senior on limited income and food stamps, so have no taxes. Very strange. Was told the IRS does not make phone calls too.

WORST COSTUMER SERVICE , SECURITY GUARD IS RACIST, NOT ABLE TO BE ASSISTED , ONLINE PITIFUL WEB SITE, BY PHONE TOTAL WRONG INFORMATION SISTEM NOT UPDATED , SAD AND DISAPOINTED ABOUT THIS GOVERMENT OFFICE. AVOID GOING TO THE PALM SPRINGS OFFICE IS OPEN AT 12 NOON AND CLOSED FOR LUNCH AT 1 PM (!?) IF YOU CALL TO THE MAIN PH# VOICE SAID WALK INS WELCOME , JUST BRING ID AND WHEN YOU GO TO OFFICE SMALL TINY SIGN SAID BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
