Don't waste your time. I've been to this office twice now and not talked to anyone. The first time this office helped 1 person in 5 hours and told everyone else to go home. The next time i went they were closed all day because every employee decided to not go to work that day. It's amusing they have a "right to quality service" poster in the front door... I don't think a single person here knows what that means. I would give this place less than a star.

Slowest people ever. Rude security gaurd waited and hour no help was told by people there if you have no number at the end of day you will be asked to leave.

Slow. Only needed for the individual to grab my papers out of printer and hand them to me. Instead she sat at her desk for an additional 30 mins before getting up. She wasn't even assisting anyone at the time.
