Yes, this is a mail distribution center but there are times I have to go there a pick up insured packages or certified mail. I have never had any problems getting my packages or certified mail there. Employees are always friendly and helpful. Ring the bell, show them my id, get my package. Its that easy.

I was supposed to receive a package yesterday, 3/24/17 however when I checked tracking info it said the package was delivered. Today I called the carrier station in Fridley MN and the woman said she spoke to the mail man and he had two packages for this apt complex. That he might of put it in the apt 6 box. He just came by now and he Checked the number 6 box and nothing is in there. He doesn't know what happened to it. He said he's new and he will mention it to the carrier office when he goes back. Very disappointing. He doesn't know what to do he said. Ok, well, I paid for something and he delivered it to someone elses address.... I think it should be his obligation to correct his mistake. I mean, if I did something wrong I would be responsible to correct it right?

Says they deliver your packages before they deliver them to cover up there own theft of other people packages worst office... when you talk to them about it they tell you it was delivered and its a police issue when there the people steeling it!!!

This is not a post office.  It is a mail distribution center.
