Used the post office at Children's World many times. It is conveniently located. The staff was always helpful and patient with my special requests. The line is mostly short and moves fast.

This is a much friendlier post office than the bigger post offices. Great place to do a little retail shopping too!

I will always use the post office at Children's World rather than go to the regular post office. The staff here are much friendlier & no lines.

Ignorant and lazy people do not go here to mail your items. Go to a real Post Office not one inside an Overpriced children's store that they don't care about your business.

Came in with a prepaid USPS label purchased online through USPS website. Paid for insurance, signature confirmation additional fees with the tracking. The lady at the counter acted as if I was annoying her when I asked which type of priority box I was supposed to use for the label I purchased. I then inquired about signature confirmation and she tells me she knows nothing about that. Then proceeds to tell me it's an additional fee. When I explained I had already purchased it along with additional insurance she continued to tell me she has no clue how it works with prepaid labels. And nobody will see it requires signature when delivering. This office just scans and sends off. Rude and short. I'm sorry I had to ask about the services you provide. Next time I will go to the real post office not a contract center.
