I'd love to comment on the pricing of some of the shipping of items I've done in the past, but this review is in regards to the staff and facility itself. It's an excellent workplace with well rounded, highly knowledgeable individuals. Friendly enough, but very professional. I've NEVER had any issues with this post office. It's the best one to go to, literally. Who else wants to wait in line all day?

This place has gone to hell. I called because I event gotten mail in three days but you get the national number. 1 hour wait time. What a joke. Then that say hold on line to complete a survey but I'm not waiting an hour just to tell you how bad the service is. At this point you should know. Meanwhile still can't call local post office to find out where my mail is. They should hire more letter carries. My route has a different person every day

Worst customer experience that I have ever encountered. I came in to request to exchange stamps that I had purchased the previous day. While I was explaining why I would like to request the exchange the clerk walked away to the back of the office mid sentence. I am very disappointed in the interaction.

They are okay. Been going here for many years and the regulars, especially the young man has been nice to my family.

Best people ever behind that counter!  I stopped going to the post office in my town because they gave me such problems.  The postal employees here at Scotch Plains are so efficient, quick, and professional!  I go out of my way to come here.
