This place gets everything done quickly and without mistakes. It's in the city so I don't have to travel in traffic to send out packages. 

They always get my shipments out quickly and I've never had any complaints about packages arriving dirty or dented, like some places can get you.

This is a walk up location for the most part. I wouldn't try rushing here if you need to quickly park.

I just had a surprisingly pleasant experience - nice staff, quick service, pretty stamps. Perhaps plan on going at 9am on a weekday in August? Parking is on backside of building on right side.

I was the only one there when I went and the single clerk was polite and efficient. The clerks are behind armored glass that would rival a maximum security prison. Not sure what has happened thee in the past to cause that kind security but it sure isn't welcoming.

There is "accessible" parking, though no matter what you get to go essentially halfway around the building to get inside; I wouldn't want to have to do that in the winter.

We were there to submit change of address forms. My wife, at the advice of the person at the post office in Iowa where we moved from, wanted to ask a question--but the woman behind the counter wasn't having it. She put my wife off at first while she looked over the forms, then when she had finished her scan, said she couldn't hear my wife, and that we should just put the forms in "the" slot on the way out. There was more than one slot, so I came back to ask which.

Of course, we're talking about a government monopoly here, so they really don't have to care; there's no alternative to dealing with them--but with just about nobody else there, would it have been such an imposition to actually listen?
