I've never had a problem here. They're not always the friendliest folks, but they've never been rude and I've never had an issue doing what I need to do. When I go in for holiday stamps they have no problem pulling out everything they have to show me what my options are.  Everyone has bad days ... if you're nice to them, they're nice to you.

If the DMV had a child this place would be it.  Long lines, poor service, low morale, and they close 10-15 minutes early.  Avoid at all cost.

Many issues with Sunday deliveries of Amazon packages...statements such as "front porch unaccessible";  "no one home to sign (when no signature needed); also...the ones that say "delivered" and they aren't!  Spoke with Vic, Middletown's Manager and he is going to speak to the Sunday Supervisor...if you have similar issues, please call and speak to Vic.
My regular delivery guy is fantastic so this low mark is ONLY for those Sunday deliveries!!

I have not been in here without being treated rudely by someone working here. The only good thing about this is it's convenient location.
