I went here yesterday and had an awful experience. The environment was so tense because of how rude the lady working there was. She was not nice at all. She made me feel like an idiot along with others in front of me. Why do they allow someone like her to work at the post office?

What would have been a 30-45 minute wait at the Eastown, Lake Drive, location, as I know from several recent experiences with mailing packages at 4:30, was a mere 7 minute wait at this location. The clerk was friendly and efficient. A very pleasant experience!

Rude costumer service.went there around 4:30.i needed more tape for a priority box.and the lady seemed like it would kill her to get off her butt.made me feel stupid...if you hate your job....find a new one ...and dont let these people work with public..

I had a horrible experience from the Sales Manager December 30th @ 10AM I was the second customer he had helped this morning. (forgot his name which I made a point to remember just for this posting but forgot). I asked him to tape the box unaware they do not dot this for you and he directed me to buy some tape behind me for $3.49. When he told me to do so he said it so fast I had to ask him to slow down so I could understand. While I stepped behind me he said Next Customer and put my box to the side. Told him to just wait a sec so I can grab the tape and buy. Taped it and gave it back. he seemed upset that I asked for a receipt that this was being shipped back to sender and reluctantly printed this out for me. After this he just through the box into a bin so poorly that the box probably ripped open. POOR customer service and BAD ATTITUDE. USPS needs to really evaluate their workers. I don;t care how long they have been working there. Quantity (meaning years) does not override Quality(Meaning Service). Never again will I visit this location. 2nd bad experience

I had the worst experience today from a Dave the clerk that was working. He was extremely rude and belittled me in front of customers while giving me a lecture on being a big person. All because I didn't have my package taped and ready to go. He also told me to feel free to tell his supervisors that he gave me a lecture and anyone else. I have filled a formal complaint against him and really hope they take action. I will never use this location again.
