On Oct 2, 2017 a package was scanned and misdelivered to my mailbox. I live in a apt unit with 52 mailboxes. I called Oct 10 when I noticed that my parcel hadn't arrived. I spoke with the supervisor Gregorio and he told me he would call me back after he spoke with the carrier. I had to keep calling him back because he never returned my call. This went on for three days. He told me that the carrier didn't remember the package and to basically file a claim. I said so I guess I lost my money for your carrier's misdelivery and basically he told me yes. I called my apt manager and she said that another tenants package was misdelivered the day before and that he was going through the same thing. From this day forward, I am requesting that all my packages that are delivered have to be signed for. I can guarantee that the carrier will leave a notice before he climbs my stairs.

My mail came back damaged from water or some kind of liquid....my stamp didn't even get cancelled Number one reason I won't deal with these overpaid "workers"

Im so mad at these mail people they keep mistaking my mail i always get my neighbor's mail and they get my and the most upsetting thing is that the new woman that delivers the mail she always reads the mail and spends like 5 minutes reading the packages and if you ask her to get your mail she ask !!!oh so ehat did you buy !!! f...k what the f.k does she wants to know what i get or buy. Man im so piss right now😡
