One of the WORST places I have ever had the displeasure of patronizing. Have been given the wrong package twice. Have had important financial documents lost, given to wrong people, and make it seem like nobody else has jobs that they work during the day. Was given a notice for package pickup specifically for today. Get there, wait in line patiently, get to the counter only to have the person working "help" me by talking with some coworker, all while trying to give me the complete wrong package. Even after she checked my ID. Not even CLOSE to my name. Then was told after several minutes of holding up the line that my package was in fact not there and that her coworker would let me know if my package is at the other location and that I would have to come back later. I then told her that is not happening especially considering I was already 30 minutes late to work. They then told me I could not even have it left at my house even with a signed notice saying it was okay. She then had me leave my phone number so that the post master could call me and "y'all can work it out", AWESOME. Out of the 3 employees seen there this morning, it seems as though none of them know how to do their jobs or deliver any kind of customer service. It is no wonder that UPS and FedEx are taking their business. I would rather drive to Charlottesville to pick up a package then the less than half block to this location. Incompetent.

Very very slow. I usually go in from 4 to 5 o'clock and there's always one lady working with 4 people in line and it can take up to 20 minutes to get upfront.
