The people that work there need to be fired. No one answers the phone, when you go in they are rude and have absolutely no clue whats going on. simply pathetic.

Called multiple times without receiving an answer. The last time I called, the phone rang for 3 minutes before they picked it up and hung up. Very unprofessional.

can i give this place zero stars? i listened to the phone ring out for ten minutes when i tried to call, & when i did get through the lady on the phone was openly rude. this post office made me a libertarian

Postman brought a c.o.d. told us we couldnt have it until we paid, but he could only take cash and had no change. He told us we could pick it up at the post office after four. We went at 4:15 and they said they didn't have it and that they would call me when he got back. I never got a call so I drove out there, I got there at 4:55 and they had already brought the gates down and no one would respond to my knocking. Worst service ever. I should not have to drive to a place 3 times to get a package they are supposed to conveniently deliver.

Horrible Service. They have lost/misplaced/or delivered my package to other addresses MULTIPLE times. It takes several calls before anyone answers the phone and then they can't do anything over the phone without you coming in to the store to confirm your identity. It is absurd that UPS promises me 2-Day delivery and then turns my precious cargo over to these claudes. "Time Sensitive" has NO MEANING at the Radford, Va USPS.
