Horrible customer service. I've had other individuals mail placed in my box and Ive had mine placed in the wrong box also. When confronted, ladies become upset. I lost a package, that THEY placed in a wrong box and they weren't helpful at all . I was basically told that "she didn't remember what she did so I had to contact the company!" Of course the company wasn't going to reimburse me because the mail was indeed picked up (wrong box)!!!!!! They need some lessons and be more vigilant on the work they do. I know I'm not the only person who's mail has been placed in wrong boxes. It confidential.
