The problem with the service of this post office isn’t unique to this location. The problem is cultural, rather than local. There use to be a time in America where liberty was exalted over safety. However, this particular post office has exemplified a general cancerous ideology that exhales safety over liberty. Their carriers would rather not deliver packages when it seems unsafe to leave it at the door. And why does he/she think it’s unsafe? Is it because they feel liable for the package getting stolen if they drop it at the door, even after I requested a redelivery after the initial failed attempt? If you live in a world of “what if’s”, then you’ll forever be bound by your own negative thinking; you’ll never really live! And if I pay you to deliver a package to an address, then just deliver the package! It’s that simple. Now, because a carrier has acted on a perceived fear, rather than an actual fear, the package I shipped out is very likely to be lost in their facility somewhere. Their service is trash. And until someone at this location (or another post office in the 77011 region) finds my package and delivers it to the address indicated on the package, I give this post office 1 star. I see that I’m not the only one. And if there’s no change in the service, there will be many more 1 star ratings!
   Will post an update as I learn more on the status of the package...

Didn’t want to print or tape up box for me. Lol rude customer service. Being in the customer service it’s pretty bad haha smh had to pay for tape and print at Office Depot and tape was 3.45.

I won't comment on the drivers and package delivery, but the customer service here has improved 10000%. It's fantastic now. The cashiers have all been incredibly friendly.

There was a time were this place was toxic. There were bitter workers who would snap, yell and never smile. It was intimidating just to ask a question. But now those bad workers are gone, and the ones who have been here for the last year or so are Southwest Airlines level of customer service. Especially Mae, she's great!

They don't deserve 1 star. SOMEONE PLEASE Where can we report this post office and get new people, new staff, and managers. Everyone here is rude and lazy. I lost several of packages and have many packages un-delivered. If some one knows how I can report them let me know because I've done everything I can but this post office needs to get new employees from the top to bottom. I even have videos of the mail carrier staying in her car not delivering mail. just sitting there on her phone.

Wish I can give them zeros Ms.Ward claim to be the supervisor and said everyone makes mistakes I responded told her not like more the once have been missing mail and packages because new post mail person they change them everyday.
