A solidly decent place. Phone calls are useless, but they're usually decent enough if you walk in. Some employees are great, some won't even bother to go find a three day late package that I'm certain is in their warehouse. Hit or miss, I guess. Still a thousand times better than the local Mount Hope office...

No humans work there. Phone rings and no answer. Automated system doesnt even have an operator. Have tracking info. Package is sitting there going on four days now and they still wont deliver it. Whoever is there gets paid to much for what they are doing.

Didnt even try to deliver my package just left me a pink slip. Tried calling the they pretty much said ill have to get it tomorrow.

The phone will ring for over 10 minutes and no one ever answers. I finally got in touch with someone, and they were extremely rude. Did not even try to address my concern. I gave them one star, because that is the least to post a review. They deserve a big fat ZERO!
