I am starting to think I should be getting paid for redelivering Mail left in our box for our neighbors. Now for the second time this month I have also had packages delivered to a parcel locker but no key left so I can retrieve them. My favorite was last week though when they left a handwritten note in my box of which parcel locker my package was in and had the key in it and the box was open....maybe they should have left another note “free for the taking”

I have tried 5 times to get a hold of the post office by phone, only to have the phone ring for 3 minutes, then disconnect , with no option for a voicemail or anything. I have been calling to see if my packages are at the office because my roomate got a note saying the post office was unable to get into our driveway to deliver his packages, while I never even got one of these notices. I was informed only by Amazon that the packages could not be delivered. I would like to mention that our driveway was plowed at the time of this note and UPS along with a food delivery service all report no problem, but I don't know your standards of ease of access. As a typical person, I do work an 8 to 5 and of course you are only open 8:30 to 4:30 so I am spending my lunch (1 pm) calling you to see my pick up options, to no avail. I did try the 1-800 number who asks for a redilevery ID, which of course, I never recieved and do not have. I am just trying to get packages to have Christmas presents to give, please pick up your phone at some point when you state you are open.

First they randomly put a vacancy notice in my box (lived at the address for over a year) and the same day I talk to them about that, I get two other people's mail!! Our names are clearly written inside of our box! Hell, they were even the ones who wrote the names! I'm getting really sick of these carriers not paying attention at other people's expense.

I just noticed the terrible reviews~!~!~!  I LOVE this post office...I'm so surprised to see the negativity...they have always been helpful..pleasant...either in person or on the phone...I think they go beyond~!!!  Good Job folks~!

We are a business and our mail gets sent to our neighbors houses and we get our neighbors mail.  It has been happening for a long time now and is getting very frustrating!!!!!!
