How can it say it has been delivered and handed to the person that lives at the address. When the people that live at this address get home at the same time and see nothing. If you don't deliver a package aleast say the package is delayed. I'm tired of wondering when I'm going to receive my package. I'm thinking of next time getting it sent UPS or to my work. This is bad service. This is the last time that I will have something delivered by the postal service. I hope someone in a front office sees this and does something about it or I guess channel 12 can come back for another year and find out WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND FIX IT.

Absolutely the worst postal service ever. Claim that they "attempted " delivery but I was home all day and no attempt was made. This is the third time that this has happened. No notice was left in mail box. Lazy employees. I now have to drive 15 miles to get my package again!

if i could rate this zero stars, or better yet negative stars, i would. most horrendous postal service ever. we have lived in several cities and have never seen a less reliable post office ever. usually our packages don't arrive until 9pm if at all. most of the time they're pushed to the next day sometimes 2 or 3 days later. when t does manage to come during the day, the post woman that delivers to our house will leave our packages in our carport (obviously out of sight of you open the door to check for it) in the summer heat. we have our daughters special baby formula shipped to us and sometimes don't know when it's delivered and will bring it inside boiling hot, obviously perished at that point. i even left a sign for her NOT to leave the packages over there and to PLEASE leave it on the front porch and knock on the door as it is BABY FORMULA! she either refuses to do that or just throws it on the front porch and leaves. i've witnessed her do this several times. HORRENDOUS SERVICE AND RUDE WHEN YOU GO INTO THE ACTUAL OFFICE!!!! **edited to add that currently there are only 6,000 residents in aylett. i have lived in cities/counties with FIVE OR SIX times the population here and have had excellent postal service! also adding, today is wednesday. i was supposed to receive a package 2 days ago on monday. tracking said it was "out for delivery" from aylett post office. have yet to see it. PURE LAZINESS. will probably see it at 10 o clock tonight or MAYBE tomorrow if we're lucky!

I'm always receiving my neighbor's mail instead of mine. When you call to find out what is going on with your mail, you get put on hold for over 20 minutes.
