Abysmal. Package was returned to the office because the route drivers too lazy to drive up the driveway. Someone was home all day. No excuse.

I have never much been involved with the mail people, nor have I given them any cause to be unkind. The same goes for the man who delivers mail to Prestige mobile home park. I understand that people can get in bad moods and lash out, but this man is in a foul mood everyday. Screaming, yelling, and being extremely aggressive and antagonistic towards everyone, no matter who, for no reason. For example, he has screamed at someone to get their mail because the box was full. This person happened to be my mother, who had gotten back from vacation and then became ill. He has thrown, yes thrown, packages onto my porch. I've had many things break. My mail will arrive late or not at all, so there are months when I don't get my electric or internet bill at all, and we all know those companies make sure they send out a bill. He has screamed at people to move their car so he can park in a specific spot long after  the reserved time is up, then nearly hit their car as he flies into the spot. I go out for a walk everyday with my 3 yr old daughter and I try to go later, long after the mail was supposed to already be delivered, because he comes close to running us down more times than not. Many complaints have been filed, and yet this person is still allowed on this route. I love the days he is not working. And, to be honest, I wouldn't have moved to Prestige if I had known I would have to deal with someone like this.

Ive had it! The mail delivery to Prestige Mobile Home park it awful being polite..I always get the wrong mail, my mail is always missing, and I've gone in to complain with no results. Now my daughters 2 grade artwork and school papers are gone forever! We get the same peoples mail every time and I always drive it to them but unfortunately my mail never gets to me. Try telling a bill collector you never received a bill..guess what?...THEY DONT CARE! This needs attention NOW! I also see the last review left on here was about Prestige as well  and our neighbors also have this problem. FIX IT!

This is the post office we normally use when we need stamps or to mail a package out, and we always get friendly, quick service. They also deliver our mail at home, and we have the best mail guy out there. Goes out of his way to be helpful and courteous, and always has a smile for us and pet for the dogs when they rush him, in a friendly way. I've always considered ourselves lucky to be associated with this local post office.

I guess I'm not the only one in Prestige Park with mail issues. Tonight I stop and find the six tee shirts I ordered was wadded up and stuffed in my mail slot. Do you not realize the front is smaller than the back. I had to tear open the package you stuffed in my box. I continually get the wrong mail and wonder how much I don't get. This time I took a picture because it seems no one believes us. I will see this complaint to the top.

Good,  friendly service,  but can be slow if more than one person needs help at once
