Terrible customer service from Donna Rangel. She should work in the army or in the marines but not in a public service.

Went by a couple weeks ago to get a package shipped off. One lady at the register and she flew through guests in no time and in about 10minutes, I was at the counter. I've never been in and out of a post office so fast and with exceptional service.

I just wanted to mail a gift. I had my kids with me and received no consideration nor assistance. I was also never greeted but watched as others were. After having to go back in line 4x's and be there for an hour I still remained optimistic until they tried to sell me a roll of tape when I only needed 2  little pieces my old post office was just above and beyond I guess.

Agree with the person below me, light skin lady with poofy hair was extremely rude and unprofessional . I asked her a simple question about a booklet of stamps and she acted so condescending and rude, completety uncalled for and unnessecary . I work customer service and that is not how you treat a customer. Especially one who is being polite to you in the first place. USPS of Watauga you really need to get that employee under control.
