The people working the counter do not care at all and just want to get you out of the place as soon as possible. They do the bare minimum and if there is ANY way they can not help you and have you leave they will do it. However both times I've spoken to a supervisor they were nice, knowledgeable and helped me. But the first people you talk to, just awful. One of the guys there actually noticed I was wearing my work shirt and insulted my job and company without any reason to, I just wanted to pick up a package they failed to deliver.

I order a lot through Amazon so in turn have a lot of packages delivered to my house. Three times now I've been told I was receiving a package on a certain day via usps and Amazon tracker but then I won't get it because their truck is "too full" and they can't deliver it. One of my main packages is dog food that I get every two weeks and it's a 30lb bag of dog food. I am six and a half months pregnant and was not happy when the lady at the counter said, "Wow, this is really heavy." OBVIOUSLY this is why I have it delivered to my house. Not only did they not deliver my package, they didn't put the "attempted deliver" notice in my mailbox until the next day after I had gone through the hassle of calling (with little help) and sorting out what was going on. Not impressed.

I tried to call this location about a year ago and couldn't get through even with multiple tries.

I called today to check on a missed Saturday delivery and the phone was picked up within the first few rings.  The lady I spoke with was nice, courteous, and helpful.  I hope more people receive the same service I did.

Called today from Idaho to try to locate a package that was supposed to have been delivered to my son at Navy Nuclear School. Sweet Miss Brenda sorted through the 'return to sender' bins that had come back from the school and located my sons lost package. She was such an angel!!💜  So nice to have someone looking out when you're so far away. Thank you Brenda!!

My package was undeliverable due to missing apartment #. I called fed ex, they said call USPS. I call 8:30 on 03/03, soon as they opened and explained what happened. The women rudely asks, "Is that a question?" I said yes I talked to someone- she cut me off and said you must have talked to Brenda, she'll be back after lunch. I said no, I need to call here and then she proceeds to put me on hold for 10 mins. She comes back on the phone and asks for my info and then says it's in my apartment office. I said no it isn't, and she says it's undeliverable and they'll send it back to me if they find it. I asked what do u mean if they find it, she said well its been 2 days.... but we'll send it back. Days passed and nothing happens, I called someone else in North Charleston and they helped me schedule a reshipping w/ a case # but it was too late, it had already returned to sender. So now I have to pay shipping again, thanks for wasting my time goose Creek post office. I wish I could have hold the mail or gotten actual help without trying to blow me off in every possible way, but they costed me money over a simple error in the end instead.
