I was in line, waiting my turn at 1:45. There was approx 6 people in front of me, when I got up to the counter the representative was extremely rude to me and said we are closed and we will not help you!! WHAT kind of service is this??  All I needed was to have a date stamp put on 2 tax envelopes for my business!!  They told me no, shut the gate on me, and told me to go buy the stamps at a Kiosk in the lobby!  UNACCEPTABLE!  I am furious with this facility!  I was treated so poorly we will be taking our business elsewhere, I would rather drive to Lake Villa, IL Post Office than be treated like this!
I sure hope something is done about this!

Horrible, unfriendly customer service. I've used this post office with no problem in the past, but my visit today was just stressful. Also, I don't understand why they would leave only one clerk upfront when theres a line of people literally almost to the door?

Clearly don't follow directions. I was expecting an important package and the mailman just decided not to deliver it. When i called to find out why, I was told he thought the house was still vacant even tho we've already been getting mail AND recieved a confirmation of our new address and that all our mail will be forwarded here. After i clarified everything with the office, the lady said she'd pass this information along to the driver. He, in turn, just sent my package back to the sender so now I have to repay for shipping again! Thanks a lot, usps. I should claim this extra shipping charge on my taxes...

Extremely rude and dismissive. Rick was attending to my call and simply would not offer any service. This is after I had spent over an hour with USPS main office tracking down a package that was intercepted by Round Lake and then supposed to be re-routed. Poor management by the sound of the rest of people who have voiced an opinion here.

I frequently drop off packages here and as of lately been taking over 24 hours for package to scan. when i have had to go to desk always very rude. Dont restock the priority mail boxes. only ever had 2 positive experiences here.
