Every time we order something online we track the package in order to have an idea when it will arrive. Sometimes we even make the ridiculous mistake to pay for 2-day shipping. I say ridiculous because when the packages arrive to this post office some how they stop moving for any where between 5 days and 2 weeks. Funny how they can ship accross seas and countries in under 2 days and then take so much time to travel 3 blocks. Prescriptions, gifts, parts, usually things we need rather rapidly. We have been left completely hanging without so much as a phone call or reason as to why the package has been held for such an incredibly long time period. But at least when we finally do receive our mail it has been torn or partly opened. 0 stars and 100% annoyance
