Love this post office...near to my home...the other one is so far away... love the people that work there also

I mailed over 2,000 packages this year so I really get to know all the local postal services. The post office in Stanford, Indiana is THE BEST!!  There is only one person in this post office all day, and she is there almost every day. It is a tough job when you are the only person to take care of all the customers, but she never gets flustered, even when I show up with 60 packages in one day during the busy Christmas shipping time.She is cheerful, knowledgeable and SO helpful. If I knew who to contact at the postal service to have her recognized for her outstanding service, I would. Maybe someone from USPS will read this and she will get the recognition that she deserves.
