I live in Sunapee and recently had a package issue where the tracking number was showing the package was forwarded but the package itself could not be found. LUCKILY Liz at Newport was able to save the day and locate my package. I big thank you to Liz and the Newport staff for recovering my package!!

Poor home delivery service.  Often times mail  does not get delivered and is returned to sender - often times a month later.  Since delivering mail is the primary responsibility of the USPS I could not rate it any higher.

Refuse to answer phones when customers are calling, poor customer service, and tend to give you a really hard time when you ask them to hold your mail for 1 day even though you know and i know they are capable of doing it. They make you feel less than you are.
