Arrived before 3:20 and was refused the opportunity to drop off my passport application, clerk did not want to do her job. I drove in the snow to get there only to be told she wouldn’t do it because they stop accepting them at 3:30, I was there well in advance she simply is lazy and unwilling to do her job.
