I work in a 2 building complex, shared by 4 different companies.  Each company has a specific mailbox that's easily accessible along the driveway.  However, a couple times per week, we find a giant stack of mail dumped on our porch.  In the stack, we find mail for each of the 4 companies mixed together, unsorted.  Apparently we're supposed to sort our own mail and deliver it ourselves.  Do your job, you lazy morons!  My next call will be to regional management.

This is without a shadow of doubt, the worst USPS that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Drivers who clearly don't attempt to make deliveries, then stating on the online tracking that notices were left, which were not. I have basically had the same complaint of not receiving my packages for the month of 10/2017 a total of three times. Spoke with a couple of employees as well as a supervisor by the name of Linda. changes definitely need to be made, especially with Christmas around the corner. The worst customer service. I wish i could give these incompetent clowns no stars. So sick and tired of having to deal with this office.

Our carrier has not delivered or picked up mail for 2 days in my entire neighborhood (40 homes) Today I spent more than 30 minutes on hold before finally hanging up, trying to find out why? This is only one of many bad experiences I have had with The BLUFFTON Post Office. Very Frustrating!!

The absolute WORST service of any Post Office I've known. I would really like to know where all the packages that are "supposedly" delivered (according to tracking info- delivered in mailbox) that never arrive. Many neighbors in our neighborhood have had the same problem. Seems like the mail carriers are stealing them. We as consumers have no recourse. The company we buy products from are being told by this post office that the package was delivered (again tracking info says delivered) but nothing left at door or mailbox. Try to complain and it's like an act of congress to get any resolution. Something seriously needs to be done! This is the same Post Office that dumped weeks worth of mail in the dumpster behind their building. Bluffton Post Office- many of us have not forgotten that!!! Must be nice to be a government employee and not have to worry about losing your job when you continually screw up. Very disappointing!!!

For two business days in a row now, there has been no mail delivery in my whole neighborhood.  No pickup and all my packages are late and the tracking hasn't been updated.  We've only lived here one year and it's not the first time this has happened.  I don't understand how a post office can decide to hold at least an entire neighborhood's worth of mail and packages for days with no information about where everything is.  This post office is in need of some serious help.
