Always had a good experience with the personnel at the Weaverville post office.  We can all have a bad day so remember as you visit.  Find the carrier delivery personnel are concerned about the safety of packages delivered to the mailbox even though this sometimes means having to go into the post office.  I would rather do that than have my packages stolen!

Do noy understand these bad reviews. The employees are always friendly and smiling. NEVER had one be rude to me.

The workers here are great. Problem is they are short staff most of the time. Not their fault! Also the mail delivery people are very nice and very professional

I see the negative reviews and just don't get it. Maybe a disgruntled person is more likely to take the time to review?  My experience (2016) has been uniformly pleasant and I have a sense of friendly community with every visit.  I have worked with at least four different folks at the counter and am perfectly happy with the attention and the service.  

One package I received did not trigger a notice into my box and I had to ask about it, but that is the only reason I don't give this PO a "5."
