Can't get a question answered about getting a new key for my box. Guess keys are pretty complicated Half dozen phone calls and still nothing.

Impossible to get a question answered. The website makes you pick from endless options that have nothing to do what you need. There is over an hour wait time to talk to someone. There is no way to call locally.
