Live out of town and never get our packages delivered, they just put a slip into the mailbox stating that they cant deliver it even though we are under a quarter of a mile away from mailbox. Then we have to drive all the way into town just to get the package.

Michelle is always pleasant, friendly and helpful! No matter when you go in she always has a smile on her face!! If everyone up front was as friendly and pleasurable as she is this location would be not only faster moving but more enjoyable to go in.

I have found the staff unfailingly polite and efficient.  In particular, Michelle is friendly, cheerful and knowledgeable--she would be an asset to any business or service operation that deals face-to-face with the public.  Sometimes, though, the lines get too long--hard to schedule a "quick stop" to pick up or mail something that requires an over-the-counter transaction.  It seems that the number of "windows" (counters) open often does not correspond to the  expected surge of clientele.  There will be a dozen people standing in line with only one or two windows in service.

Can I give these ignorant buffoons zero stars please? These freaking brainless slugs can't figure out how to use a parcel locker. This is THREE TIMES now I've had packages too big for my little P.O. Box shoved inside it. I've had a book, a BluRay box set and a trade paperback comic set all ruined by these people. The most recent, the comic, is totally folded and CREASED down the middle. I can't imagine ANY of these morons graduated high school, they can't have. You know when you're a toddler, and there are those boxes with different shaped holes in them? Then you take the same-shaped blocks and slide them inside? Yeah. These idiots would fail at that toy. They are just not smart enough to function. Hate this moron pack.
