Showed up at 11 am to unload.  Backed up to the dock and it is now almost 2pm and they just now started to unload me!  What is with these places?  Is it that hard to hire efficient employees?  Try adding a little to the wage and maybe you can find some folks who don't waste time!  My time is just as valuable as anyone else's!  I lost two loads waiting for these half wits to unload me!  Too late in the day to find anymore work!  Thanks for taking food out of my mouth so you assholes can enjoy your two hour lunch break or whatever!

I was very rudely turned away while I was walking towards the passport office 30 minutes before they closed. The postal worker shouted at me from across the room in a condescending tone, causing other customers to stare. I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety disorder, so I was extremely embarassed and had a small panic attack for the remainder of the day. 
I also don't understand why they're only open for 5 hours?
Hire more people, or get some better customer service skills...or common courtesy. Be considerate for people with hidden illnesses.

Can never get a hold of anyone. All ways gives u a nmbr to call out in another state. When the question is for them here in billings. Why do they even have a ☎?????

How can there only be one person working the counter??? I have never been here and seen more than one employee. The lines are always to the door. Plan on at least a 20 minute visit every time. What a joke!

The postal employees are great, however getting a passport is a nightmare! The website says it ooens at 830, doesn't open until 9. The lady completing the process was extremely slow, then decided she needed to take a 15 minute break at 10:30 with more customers waiting. The postal employees asked her if she had people waiting, then she got up and went back to work. Not a pleasant experience. Grateful I work for a company that is understanding.
