We use this post office because it’s the closest one to our house however on three separate occasions the office personal, specifically a horribly unpleasant woman named Michelle, have made our experiences so awful that the longer drive to Show Low is now looking favorable to ever returning to this office again. My first experience with Michelle was around Christmas so I brushed off her sour attitude because I could only imagine the stress our post office personal experience during the holidays. Returning twice after my initial visit her demeanor didn’t improve at all; I don’t expect her to do cartwheels and sing a song when I walk in but she should at the very least not act as though I’m bothering her by having her ship my packages, that is afterall HER JOB. Other members of my family have had similar experiences so I know it’s not just something she has against me individually. It’s more than clear she hates her job or maybe just people in general so maybe she should find a profession in which she doesn’t deal with the general public. Maybe the worst customer service I’ve ever received, ever.

Lost a USPS receipt w/ a tracking number (blew of shirt pocket on motorcycle), called, they tracked it down for me. Needed tracking number! Excellent service from OUR great small town. Thanks!
