The postal service has had to hire temps, and with that comes some small defects in the way we are us to getting our mail service. They are still learning, no one is perfect except GOD. I have spoken with the Manager there and she had help me to understand the changes with the new people. But our new Post Lady had caught on very quickly and I really hope they keep her on our route. She is fast and on point, I have had no wrong mail in my box and she scans my pick-up items and always shares a Smiles as well are Brenda & Bill . Thank you so much Ms. Ann for being a Great Team Leader in getting the Best People for the Job. Viewer we just have to understand when we are new at doing things it takes time and error to learn to be like the older crew. It's not an overnight magic dream come true. They will catch on. For months now I've received other people's mail, and those people receive my mail. We've contacted the local post office and told them on three separate occasions, yet their delivery people are still incapable of telling the difference between a 4 or a 7. Their first priority mail is a complete sham. As I've never received any first priority mail any faster or more conveniently than just paying for standard shipping. The website says it will track your packages, but it does no such thing. All in all, from here on out I will avoid doing any business with them at all costs, as they have shown me they are incompetent and incapable of a job as simple as putting mail in a mail box.

DELIVERY & PRICES PROBLEMS!!! People that works are actually nice but not all of them though! Some are just aren't that helpful! First problem..... I have a problem about delivering my stuff or even my husband's stuff too. Most of my orders are 2-3 days priority mail. But they got delivered about 4-5 days. That's not okay at all! What's the point of the paying more for priority mail and didn't get it on time? Please do something about it and deliver it faster that's what we pay extra money for it! Second problem..... Delivery man is such an idiot. When you deliver a package drop it inside the mailbox and if it doesn't fit then drop it in the porch. Happened few times already and I'm so pissed, we're out of town and when I come back just saw my package on the bottom of the mailbox (on the ground) and it was wet from rain. Is it that hard to drop the package on the porch? How about take our package a very good care or quit your job if you don't know how to deliver it! Do not just throw it on the ground because the package doesn't fit inside the mailbox! Third problem..... Got a passport ID with 4 picture and charge $15 each. So I paid $60 for it. I didn't see that coming! I have to wait few more minutes because their printer is broken... Seriously? That's ridiculous! If I were you, go find another place for your PASSPORT ID because they change too much! Like tooooo much!

To whomever delivers to east 6th avenue area, if my flag is up it's not just for looks. That means there is outgoing mail in my box and I do not appreciate that in the last week you have only stopped at my box once and only to deliver mail to the wrong address AGAIN. Update several weeks later, the carrier is STILL NOT STOPPING AT MY ADDRESS WHEN MY FLAG IS UP
