I was going out of town and needed a package before I left, I called and got great customer service and one of the employees was nice enough to track down my package and bring it to office before I left. His name was either mike or Micah, and he was great! Thanks again Mike/Micah

The Rock Springs post office is awesome.. The clerks and carriers work so hard, especially through the holidays. I appreciate every single one of them.

Terrible if there was another post office I’d go there. They are all assholes and don’t really want to help you from the way I have been treated. Terrible customer service, I feel like I’m being cattled into my holding pen...when I’m there

Mailed something important to Cheyenne, WY  took EIGHT DAYS for it to get there.  Everything we get or send takes TOO LONG!!!!!!!  I think we are capable of taking care of our own mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
