If I could have given zero stars that would have been preferred. I have never experienced such careless behavior from management. I had a fragile package arrive crunched. It was suppose to be directly delivered to a person or left at the front door. It also was labeled as such including perishable and protect from heat. It was placed in the mailroom that reaches well over 100 in a metal mail box. This was upsetting as they were live critters for our aquarium. I was not pursuing a refund as we will deal with it differently but wanted assurance that better care would be taken for the next shipment to replace the snails the USPS killed by not following directions on the package. I was directed to the manager who immediately rejected any accountability. I understand she didn't do it directly maybe not even someone from her department, but as a manager you represent the company as a whole. She did not do that, she represented the company she works for very poorly. Instead of accepting responsibility for this tragedy she picked the box apart blaming the party that shipped it and that it didn't have enough labelling.That if it had been labeled live animals the circumstances would be different perhaps that may have been the case but that was irrelevant to my current situation. There were three very clear labels on this package and not a single one was followed. After a minute I realized that my concerns were not going to be addressed I told her that my husband will deal with it and I walked out. I was not going to sit there and dance around an issue because the manager of the Pasco post office didn't want to play professionally. Suppose the box didn't contain live animals but still perishable items. I still would be upset and would have came in with the same concerns. So her argument was absolutely infuriating. Not only am I upset but my issue has not been addressed, and now my husband has to get involved. We will be seeking other ways to have our package delivered.

My mail lady is really nice... But I've been calling about a package her sub left a notice for and does anyone answer the phone at this place? Been calling since 10:30am and it just rings and rings and rings.....

Terrible, terrible service! It's amazing how they're still in operation. These employees are the scum of the earth. Perhaps they simply can't get fired and they hate their job. I don't know. Can never get phone service, and the basic service they give you at the store really sucks at best.

Bad experience almost Everytime I go there they lie so they don't have to do any work  I had a package that was sent to the wrong address and called them and they said it would get forwarded to my address well it didn't. Also I had to call five times because they kept hanging up the phone. They NEVER answer.
