Their inability to keep track of packages and to timely inform customers is disappointing. After calling me to confirm my rescheduled delivery, they  ultimately sent back my package to the sender instead of delivering it to me on the agreed upon date. On top of that, they seemed unable to figure out why my package was undelivered, did not call back as promised with more information, and left it to me to crawl through their online services to discover my package won't be delivered after all. If this was the only issue I've had, it could be dismissed, but the redelivery service has failed a few times now - and on packages that needed no signature in the first place to be delivered. I only hope that others are able to delivery mail to others more reliably.

I WISH IT WAS POSSIBLE TO GIVE THEM ZERO STARS!!!!! I have had a horrible experience with the Starkville post office. They lost two of my packages in the span of one month. I called them, visited the store, contacted corporate, and they did nothing. One of those packages was an anniversary gift from my fiancee. We are long-distance and that held a lot of significance. They treated me like I was an inconvenience and it was my fault they mis-delivered the package. Their tracking system is garbage. I had a third incident today where the worker was incredibly rude  when I asked about the delivery of a very important package. I am disgusted with the postal service and all of the workers. The United States Postal Service needs to properly train employees to be decent humans that at least attempt to help others instead of being lazy jerks who only show up to work to collect a paycheck.
