I have worked for us security for almost 1 year they would will offer you a pay rate and one's you get paid the pay rate will not be the same as they are for you he will be less also they will rip you off of your money

Michael Saliba is not a very friendly guy. Good luck dealing with him.

The first day I met him he sat me down and didn't speak to me or address me for 15 min. He continued to be on his phone. This interview was scheduled so it was a lack of respect and the few times I spoke to him he was extremely condescending and rude.

He had me go to one site to train with the security guard they had there where he learned that he was to train me and be fired by the end of the week. Michael Salib didn't want to tell the other security guard he was being fired and replaced by me so the guy simply learned that piece of information by me randomly showing up to be trained. To say that was disrespectful and unprofessional is quite an understatement.

I was told he was being fired for taking a day off after working a year and two months for 7 days a week when his mom was in the hospital.

I don't know if the other account managers are as insensitive and unprofessional as he is. I've never met someone as poor with communication skills so I'm assuming he's the only one. He should be fired.

If you're gonna join the company join with another account manager, but I really wish I never worked for this guy.
