I arrived there at 9 o'clock (when they open) and there were already quite a number of people ahead of me. Nevertheless, I spent less than half an hour there. I went there to update my information and to apply for a new SS card so maybe this has something to do with the small amount of time I took in there. More importantly, it didn't take long before my number was called to speak with someone. All the employees who I interacted with exhibited a high level of professionalism. Also, they were courteous, including the security guard. They have a great system that works to get persons in and out in a very short amount of time. This is a great improvement from the last time I was there in 2014. I'm extremely happy with the service I received today.

VERY RACIST IN GREENSBORO N.C. ESPECIALLY THE FEMALE BLACK JUDGES, MY SON WAS TURN DOWN FOR HELP IN APRIL 25,2017 HE PASSED AWAY MAY 21,2017 , SHE CALLED ME A LIER ,HATEFUL WOMAN, THE REHABILITATION SPECLIST TOLD THIS RACIST BLACK JUDGE THERE WASN'T ANY ONE THAT WOULD HIRE MY SON IN HIS BAD HEALTH THAT SHE RECOMMENDED HELP YET, THIS RACIST BLACK JUDGE THERE HOPED HE WOULD DIE & LEAVE 3 WHITE CHILDREN WITHOUT A FATHER , A ADMINISTRATION LAW JUDGE LIKE HER SHOULD BE REMOVED, RACISM HAS NO PLACE HERE ! SHE SAID WHAT I PUT INTO WRITING WAS OF NO VALUE & UNTRUE ,LET HER GAVE TO CUT ONE OF HER CHILDREN PAINTS OFF BECAUSE HIS LEG IS SO INFECTED HE COULDN'T GET THEM OFF ,AFTER CRAWLING HOME FROM A JOB HR TRIED TO DO ,LET HER STAND BY & WATCH ONE OF HER CHILDREN DIE ,HIS NAME WAS MICHAEL EFFINGHAM, DON'T TRUST YOUR GOVERNMENT ADMINISTRATION LAW JUDGES TGERE ALL RADICAL PEOPLE!!

Got there at 1:12 on a Friday and was in my car by 1:40! Was shocked about how quick the process was and the man that helped me was extremely friendly.

Why doesn't NC have an online system to apply for a replacement SS Card? You might as well mail in an application, the wait time is HOURS LONG - ridiculous! It should be easier than this!

The customer representative that I talked to on the phone wasn't compassionate with me whatsoever!!! I had explain to him 2 times that I couldn't leave my mom alone at my home because she has cancer and she's bedridden so in order for me to fill out the paperwork that he expects me to fill out, that he needs to send it to me in the mail!!!
