Located on the third floor, it is "government office" that services "important" documents so, similar to DMV be prepared for long lines. One day I thought I could go early and be "first" in line. Nope!. 25 minutes before opening there is already--I kid you not-- when I got upstairs, there are about 30 people lining up all the way to the end of the hallway to get in.  You get a ticket and wait to be called.  The wait area is not that big, so after a while it feels cramped and smells slightly musty. The good news is there are usually at least 9 to 10 windows open so the wait is not too long considering the amount of people waiting to get customer service. The bad news is, you may not get a person, just a screen to talk to. My recommendation is go online first. There maybe things that you can do online so you can avoid this trip.

Wasn't a very good experience at all. I got there at 9:22am as stated on my ticket and my number got called about 45 minutes later on a Thursday (my only weekday off this month). I was directed to room 6 where there was a desk and chairs on both sides but no one there. I looked around the room for the person that was supposed to be helping me and got greeted by a woman on a computer screen.

I was sent to talk to someone on a webcam when there was a bunch of other windows with real people to assist. I let the woman know I was there for a name change since I just got married and she said wasn't able to assist me with that and to back out and have a seat and that my number would be called again.

I sat again and half an hour comes around and several ticket numbers after mine are called. The only employees that are available to quickly talk with are 2 security personnel and I tell them what happened and I just want to know typically how much longer it takes for them to recall a number. The man just said, "you just have to keep waiting. Your number gets thrown back into the pool." I waited another 30 minutes and my number still wasn't called again. It would've been quicker if I just pulled a new number after getting sent back out. 

So I sat there for almost 2 hours and watched as a bunch of people that got there after me was served and left. I hope I never have to go back again.

Came late in the day, the room was packed full of people and it only took about 30 minutes to get to my number called. Was surprised how quickly it went.

This place is a nightmare been here an hour and a half and only two people have been called I still have nine more to go.
