So rude and need customer service course, I was just interpreting for my uncle and the clerk literally was treating me with no respect ant a point in the transaction he ignored me and starting to only talk to my uncle like he knew English. Like dude I just said he don't understand you. Just a jerk.

The employee (man) who helped us didn't know anything and gave us the wrong information.   I wrote a letter complaining with no response.   Be careful and research (ask AARP) or call the 800 number for help.

Slower than the San Bernardino office. Not enough seating. The clerk forgot the step to scan my driver's license and now I have to go back. Yay... 4 more hours to waste.
