William Cash I think we may had the same unprofessional Caucasian lady at the Henderson office. She rushed me through, and gave me someone else's packet. I had to tell her twice that she was wrong. UNCARING ATTITUDE. NEXT TIME A VERY NICE CAUCASIAN MALE HAD ME DONE IN NO TIME WITH NO ATTITUDE.

I have been there several times and my experience today was unprofessional I had a payment not sent but the SSA website said it had been the lady was unconcerned and didn't look to see why and had no answers total of 45 seconds at the window very bad service for a disabled person.

Worked 35 years in medical field now unable to work. After paying into SSA more than half my life can't get monies due me. Persons that never worked or paid into SSA get approved with little or no hastle(i.e. immigrants, young illiterates, etc.) I worked hard as long as I could and paid in to a government program that won't readily and justifiably support me when I need them. This is not a handout because I paid my just dues. Explain this one to me.
