It took me longer to park my car. I stood in line for maybe 5 min total. The staff was very nice. I got there at 10am (wed morning) and was walking out the door by 10:15.! I just got married and they made it extremely convenient for me. Thanks! I really appreciate it!

I lost my social security card and I dreaded going into the office per the negative reviews. I arrived 40 minutes before the office opened and was pleasantly surprised the waiting line was relatively short. The office opened promptly at 9:00. Once inside the office the process went smoothly. The representative was WONDERFUL, proficient, and pleasant. I was walking out the door within 20 minutes. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ☺

My credit is destroyed and I'm about to lose my car because my SS check never goes in the bank.  I have to physically get them to do a critical payment every month and that takes days. This time, my family's Thanksgiving has been destroyed.

Although this is a government agency all of the people I have encountered have been professional, compassionate, and extremely helpful.
