The first day I was told that I did not have all the information needed to complete the task I needed to accomplish. I gathered everything I was told to bring and came in for a second day. I was assigned to a different person. I have NEVER been treated so disrespectfully in my entire life! I was belittled and talked to like I was a disabled child wanting something I couldn't have. The end result was that I wasn't able to get anything done and went home both hurt and angry - as well as in tears. I'm still upset days later. This was absolutely the most horrible experience I have ever encountered - anywhere!

Had to change my name after marriage. Was done in 20 minutes. Debbie was very professional and courteous even though there was a minor error in the paperwork. Would highly recommend.

Sure, I had to wait 40 minutes, but they were busy! The gentleman I talked to was extremely pleasant and very personable. My thanks for the great customer service.

I had three difficult issues to resolve. The representative was a good listener, courteous, and resolved things for me in a timely manner. Only had to wait 40 minutes to be seen, and the waiting room was packed.

Prepare to be discriminated against. The shoulder length - red head lady is not helpful at all, telling us we can't do something that another staff clearly said we can do.
